FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preventive and psychosomatic medicine, and can be used in psychology and psychotherapy. Art-therapy is performed in three stages. In first stage, patients or patient, pass or passes from everyday reality into dramatic one against the background of narrating the myth of the world creation, during patient installs his inner space, via, object composition with actualization of his personal-psychological problems, that comprises objects characterizing first elements of main physical agents, i.e. air, fire, water and soil. Then, therapist conducts with participants a therapeutical dialog during which diagnostical comparison of created projective-symbolic structure and its boundaries with psychosomatic symptoms and conflicts are made, and described events are, again, experienced in mediation, proceeding from dispassionate and more integrated view on space on the whole. Here, accent is placed on that the patient or patients take on responsibility for creation the space of personal perception and organization of links there inside. During second stage, patients pass into liminal state taking use of techniques of dramatic symbols and active imagination. Note here that visual image represents realized installation with communicative protective-symbolic expression of all first elements starting from air, and, thereafter, this process is performed and image of the most actual picture of scenario is realized. Then, realized re-structuring of space occurs due to successive interaction with objects symbolizing aforesaid first elements via performance and physical therapy during which intentional dialogue between patient and therapist takes place to allow disclose symbolic meaning of the first elements at biographical and archetypical levels and to relate them to family history, system of vital relations and psychoemotional reactions. At third stage, patients pass into liminal state using techniques of dramatic symbols and active imagination. Note here that visual image represents realized installation with communicative protective-symbolic expression of all first elements starting from air. Then, interaction occurs of participants with objects use in installation and image of the most actual scenario of this interaction is performed. Now, realized re-structuring of the space of personal perception occurs via performance and physical therapy during which intentional dialogue between therapist and patients takes place to disclose symbolic meaning of the first elements at biographical and archetypical levels, relate them with family history, system of vital relations and psychoemotional reactions. Proposed method can be used for kids. In integrative therapy with kids, prior to third stage, therapist asks a kid to draw realized installation, since verbal expression renders certain difficulties for many children.
EFFECT: efficiency in preventive measures, in treatment of neuroses and psychosomatic disturbances.
