FIELD: printing industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recording device, which carries out recording of picture on carrier for recording. Ink-jet device for ink discharge from recording head contains carriage, made providing possibility to carry recording head, desk, made providing possibility to support carrier, sliding element, placed on carriage, and movable relative to carriage between first position and second position, drive device, able to move sliding element into first position or second position, guiding element, able to guide carriage movement, giving carriage possibility to slide along guiding element, and giving sliding element possibility to slide along guiding element, device of recovering for supporting characteristics of recording head and device of control, able to move sliding element into second position before moving carriage on means of recovering by sliding of sliding element along guiding element. Also claimed is method of recovering for ink-jet recording device.
EFFECT: invention allows to carry out operation of recovering recording heads in proper way, applying simple inexpensive configuration.
