SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighter-than-air aircraft. Proposed airship incorporates nuclear battery with its first electrode represented by airship body made in light metals. Metal layer that features alpha- or beta-radioactivity coats body inner surface. Second electrode is arranged in vacuum inside the body, electrically insolated from first electrode so that charged alpha- or beta-particles go out from first electrode onto second electrode. Inverter transforms HV constant current into DC industrial voltage. Vacuum inside body created major airship lift. Vertical lift inertial propulsor generates extra regulated lift. In horizontal flight, horizontal lift propulsor is used. Method versions differ in use of aforesaid propulsors in both horizontal and vertical flight.
