FIELD: mechanics, space engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hardware and methods intended for fabrication of vessels filled with working medium, primarily, incorporated with spacecraft thermal control systems (heat pipes, hydraulic accumulators, fluid circuits etc.). Proposed device comprises capillary tube (1) with ID smaller than that of steam channel (2.1) of heat pipe (2). First end (1.1) is tightly jointed with the cavity of aforesaid channel (2.1). Outlet (1.2.1) of capillary tube second end (1.2) is tightly solded at final stage of fabrication. Poppet (1.4) is arranged on aforesaid capillary tube (1), whereto cap (1.5) is welded. Aforesaid cap features its own capillary tube (1.5.1) with tightly welded up hole (1.5.1.2) of its end part (1.5.1.1). In producing device, cavity of steam channel (2.1) is checked for tightness, filled with working medium. Capillary tube is pinched and cut off the part connected to filling system and outlet hole (1.2.1) is welded up. Cap (1.5) connected to poppet (1.4) cap cavity is checked for tightness. Aforesaid cavity is filled with trial gas and, after capillary tube (1.5.1) and hole (1.5.1.2) welded up, it is checked for trial gas leaks.
EFFECT: higher tightness, hence, higher reliability.
