FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: method includes manufacturing of hydraulic accumulator, having gas and liquid cavities, with installation of electric heater and temperature detector on its body. Prior to filling of gas cavity with double-phase working liquid in this cavity, gas pressure is installed, equal to minimum permissible value of this liquid saturated stem elasticity, which corresponds to minimum permissible working temperature of liquid in operation conditions. At the same time minimum possible pressure of gas sufficient for complete compression of bellows is established in liquid cavity. Liquid cavity is technologically sealed, afterwards different pressures and temperatures of gas are realised in gas cavity from their working ranges. Besides according values of gas pressure are measured in liquid cavity, and then gas is bled from cavities. After weighing of hydraulic accumulator it is placed in thermal chamber, maintaining at minimum permissible working temperature (corresponding to minimum working pressure in gas cavity). Besides minimum permissible gas pressure sufficient for complete compression of bellows is supplied to liquid cavity, which is then sealed technologically. Then gas pressures are measured in liquid cavity at various established temperatures of hydraulic accumulator in thermal chamber from working range and are compared to earlier measured (prior to filling of gas cavity). Comparison results are used to assess quality of design and manufacturing technology of hydraulic accumulator.
EFFECT: elimination of hidden defects in manufacturing of hydraulic accumulator.
