FIELD: aerospace engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space engineering and can be used at low-orbit spacecraft. Proposed device comprises trace-forming screen (1) with devices (2) for its orientation in space. Devices (3) to process specimens are fastened at central part of aforesaid screen (1) to move from tight contained (4) into processing zone. Devices (6) to shape molecular or other beams (to process specimen surface) are fixed on screen (1) with the help of cantilever structure. Protective screen (17) is arranged between devices (3) and (6) and has opening to position the specimen. Aforesaid protective screen differentiates specimen preparation and analysis zones (between screens (17) and devices (6)). Screen (1) allows varying its shape and incorporates appropriate mechanism to this end. When in operating conditions, it features truncated-cone shape with smaller base directed towards vacuum trace. Screen (1) can be used reflector to provide required concentration of sun rays onto protective screen (17) and device (6) for beams degassing.
EFFECT: higher quality, reduced sizes and weight.
