SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods and means of interorbital maneuvers of spacecraft using finely dispersed substance, for example, lunar dust—regolith. Dust is removed from the region of the orbit of the Moon into a parabolic or hyperbolic transfer orbit having common points with the orbit of the spacecraft, for example, in the perigee region. In this area, an extended plume is formed by means of electrification of dust particles for interaction with the spacecraft shield. Particles are placed in a cylindrical container, which base radius R >> h is its height, the container axis is oriented in the direction of the formed flow. Particles are released from the container in a fluidized state with their simultaneous electrification with a charge of the same sign by exposure to space medium and/or irradiation with artificial flow of charged particles. Plume can be formed by several containers distributed in space in a given manner. To approximate interaction of dust particles with the screen to the elastic screen, the screen can be charged to a sufficiently high voltage.

EFFECT: enabling reduction of undesirable scattering of dust flow interacting with spacecraft, with simplification of means for control of sizes and structure of this flow plume.
