FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry and can be used in processing high-potassium nepheline-feldspathic raw material in form of synnyrite or rischorrite. The raw material is mixed with the product of alkaline activation of feldspathic concentrate. The obtained mixture is treated with nitric acid with transfer of aluminium and alkaline elements into nitric acid solution, and silica and feldspar into insoluble residue. Nitric acid solution is separated from insoluble residue, and silica and feldspar concentrates are extracted from the insoluble residue. Feldspathic concentrate is mixed with potash at mass ratio of the sum of K2O and Na2O in the concentrate to K2O in potash equal to 1:1-2, respectively. Sintering is done at temperature ranging from 800 to 950°C, obtaining an alkaline activation product which is taken for mixing with nepheline-feldspathic raw material. Nitric acid solution is evaporated, thereby obtaining a mixture of nitrates of aluminium and alkaline elements and the mixture undergoes thermal processing. The obtained sinter is processed to alumina and nitrates of alkaline elements or alumina, soda and potash.
EFFECT: invention reduces energy consumption of the process and widens the raw material base for production of alumina and salts of alkaline elements.
