FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly to methods of receiving of cadmium receiving and can be used at processing of fillings of positive lamellas of iron-cadmic accumulators. Method of processing includes leaching of cadmium and its following extraction from solution. Leaching is implemented by solution of ethylene-diamine-tetraacetate sodium at pH of solution 9.0-9.5 for selective solution of cadmium oxide and reservation of ferric oxide in solid phase.
EFFECT: increasing of extraction ratio of cadmium and safety of manufacturing.
