GAS WELL, REGULATING VALVE, COMBINATION ACTUATOR OF REGULATING VALVE FOR GAS WELL Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC E21B33/03 E21B43/00

Abstract RU 2372468 C1

FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: group of invention relates to natural gas industry, particularly to operating gas wells, particularly to control head of gas well, and provided for regulation of flow rate and optimisation of operating regimes of wells of gas-bearing beds. Essence of invention: well contains mine shaft with casing pipe, pump-compressor pipe, fracturing head equipment. Fracturing head equipment includes production tree, which contains multipurpose reinforcement. Pump-compressor pipe contains underground production equipment. In its content it is shutoff of gas. Multipurpose reinforcement includes regulating valve. It contains casing with inlet and outlet branch and central gullet with installed inside it cellular shutoff unit and combination actuator. Combination actuator is installed in casing of reinforcement. The latter includes main strain-hydraulic and duplicating it drive mechanisms. They are mounted on casing of multipurpose reinforcement and combined structurally and functionally. Drive mechanisms are implemented with providing of autonomous unidirectional travel and are united by common for it drive mechanism of return travel. In casing of reinforcement there are mounted actuating shaft with shank end, and on its casing it is mounted casing of combination actuator with passing through it actuating shaft's shank end. Doubling drive mechanism allows support-rotating block, thrust bearing of rotation, rotational motion transducer of support-rotating block into translational motion of actuating shaft and is implemented as hollow for unimpeded travel of shank end and rotational motion transducer. External butt of drive casing is implemented with ability of leading into it of spiral bearing on its wall of rotational motion transducer, the other part of which in contact area with support-rotating block is implemented with ability of transferring of angular momentum to transducer and through the latter and mentioned bearing rest of rotation of transferring of transformed angular momentum into pulse of axial force to actuating shaft. Shank end is outfitted by piston, forming from one side in common to cases of reinforcement and drive working chamber of mechanical-hydraulic drive mechanism, and from the other side - movable support for drive mechanism of return travel.

EFFECT: excluding of unplanned stop of gas feeding and keeping on specified level of gas pressure on outlet form well, and also stable flow in the whole range of regulation and smooth throttling of gas flow, effective prevention or significant reduction of repair leakage of transported medium and increasing of fire safety at gas field.
