SUBSTANCE: hydraulic control includes a housing, a moving element, a hollow shaft and fasteners, which are located inside the housing, bypass through openings provided with possibility of hydraulic connection of intertube space to after-tube space, one or several inlet openings, one or several hydraulic channels tightly connected to inlet openings provided with possibility of hydraulic connection to the movement zone of moving element; at that, the hollow shaft and fasteners are rigidly fixed in the housing. Housing, moving element and hollow shaft are provided at least with one bypass through opening. One or several inlet openings are made in the housing, the fastener and the hollow shaft. Housing represents a coupling and a pipe piece. Moving element is hollow or one-piece, composite or cast. Hydraulic channel is tightly connected to the inlet opening by means of an adapter or a connection device. A fastener represents sealing elements with a sealing function or a metal ring, or a coupling.

EFFECT: improving the operating efficiency and reliability of the device with possibility of real-time adjusting the borehole fluid flow rate in production and injection wells.
