FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: balancing method of assembled rotor is that it is balanced shaft and successively, after installation on shaft of regular component, it is balanced assembled rotor. Herewith on shaft there are installed cores. It is measured relative to its surfaces values of maximal radial runout and there are marked places of maximal radial runout of all mounting surfaces, provided for installation of rotor's elements. There are taken off cores. It is installed shaft by balancing surfaces on supports of balancing machine. On surfaces, located in correction planes of imbalance of rotor's elements, there are fixed simulation flyweights from the side of maximal radial runout. After completion of rotor's balancing adjustment flyweights are taken off. Mass of simulation flyweights are defined by formula depending on mass of installed on shaft elements of assembled rotor, values of beatings of mounting surface, number of correction plane of imbalance of installed element and installation radius of flyweight.
EFFECT: application of method iteratively reduces imbalance of rotor, provided by concentricity of its installation, increases operation resort of aggregate, reduces cost of balancing and commissioning, increases accuracy of mounting and productivity of labour.
