FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in assembly and balancing rotors of compressors with magnetic suspension of gas transfer units. Method of balancing, at which on shaft, balanced with using its own mechanically finished balancing surfaces, pre-balanced impellers are installed with matching of pre-marked places, as well as elements of magnetic suspension: rotors of magnetic bearings and rotors of radial sensors. Simultaneously with final machining of surfaces of rotors of bearings, working surfaces of rotors of sensors, balancing surfaces on rotor shaft of compressor are also processed, with further balancing of rotor assembly with provision of direction of residual imbalances of rotor in direction of beats of corresponding working surfaces of rotors of sensors. Allowable values of residual unbalances in middle planes of rotors of sensors are determined depending on beats of corresponding working surfaces of rotors of sensors and weight of balanced rotor.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at providing higher accuracy of balancing rotors with a magnetic suspension.
