FIELD: electrical engineering, tests.
SUBSTANCE: to pinpoint electro corrosion damage of underground concrete support reinforcements, forced vibrations are excited at two different-height levels, one located above soil surface and another nearby or below it. Vibration frequency is varied stepwise with preset time delay at every stage and fixation of vibrating reinforcements. Concrete support underground part state is judged upon from differences in position of main resonance maxima on amplitude-frequency characteristics read off at aforesaid levels.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
