SUBSTANCE: method comprises exciting free oscillation of the support, determining the spectral composition of the oscillation, extracting four ranges (10-26 Hz, 24-50 Hz, 50-150 Hz, and 600-750 Hz), determining the basic vibration frequency and its logarithmic decrement in each range, and calculating the difference between the vibration energy in the rages 25-50 Hz and 50-150 Hz.
