SUBSTANCE: method of sending the element to be sent from the computing device application to the recipient includes a certification unit for certifying confidentiality, according to which the application of the computing device builds the element to be sent. One of the applications and certification unit follows-up pre-determined parametres which can be used for pointing out the fact that for building the element to be sent there have been spent minimum forces. Then certification unit authenticates the application for its accepting confidentiality, one of certification units and applications builds the certification of sending, after the command on sending the built element to be sent to the recipient has been supplied, in order to accompany the element to be sent; at that, certification of sending is based on the followed-up parametres and authentication of the application and describes the efforts spent on the creation of the element to be sent. Then one of certification and application units packs the built certification of sending with the built element to be sent and sends the packed element to be sent and certification of sending to recipient.
