FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to prenatal ultrasonic diagnostics, and is intended for evaluation of kidney blood flow in fetus. Pulse Dopplerometry of kidney blood flow in fetus from 20 to 40 week of gestation is performed. Indices of hemodynamics are evaluated, namely maximal blood flow velocity (Vmax), minimal blood flow velocity (Vmin) and index of resistance (IR) in main, segmental and interlobar kidney arteries of fetus. Obtained indices are considered normal at definite values with gestation term 20-25 weeks, 26-30 weeks, 31-35 weeks and 36-40 weeks.
EFFECT: method allows to determine standard values of renal hemodynamics of fetus at various stages of prenatal development, starting from 20 week of gestation, which allows to detect changes of renal hemodynamics in fetuses with pathology of urinary system development at maximally early terms, trace their dynamics in prenatal period and predict therapeutic approach after child's birth.
