FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ultrasonic diagnostics in obstetrics and nephrology, and can be used for diagnostics of chronic kidney disease in pregnant women. Doppler measurement of peak systolic velocity of interlobar arteries of kidneys is carried out by removal of specified vessels in space between pyramids in sagittal section of kidney with subsequent obtaining of spectrum of blood flow and measurement of peak systolic velocity of interlobar arteries on both sides and based on obtained data diagnose chronic kidney disease in pregnant women.
EFFECT: method enables diagnosing chronic kidney disease in pregnant women, which enables to start the drug therapy in a timely manner and prevent complications by determining the threshold values of the linear combination of peak systolic velocity of the right and left interlobar arteries.
