FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgical devices and can be used in operations on organs of upper and lower levels of abdominal cavity, pelvis minor and perineum. Surgical retractor contains two vertical poles with elements of fastening to operation table, located on both sides of operation table and cantilevers, which are made with hooks for moving organs and wound ends apart. On end sections of vertical poles flat-topped bar is fixed. Units for moving wound edges apart are installed on end-sections of flat-topped bar. Unit for moving apart organs is installed on meddle section of flat-topped bar. Unit for moving apart organs with hook fastening is made in form of spherical hinge with split terminal and fixed by means of hinge with three degrees of freedom.

EFFECT: retractor has simple and reliable construction, allows to reduce length of operation cut in case of laparotomy, time of surgery, anesthetic aid and reduce number of intra- and post-operation complications.
