FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be used in operation of abdominal cavity. Device for wound widening and displacement of organs of abdominal cavity contains retractors, body, bearing rack-and-lantern wheel mechanism, movable part and fastener to operation table. Body is made flat-topped and is equipped with sliders. Sliders are made with possibility of fixation in hollows. Hollows are located on external parts of body and on movable part. Sliders have hooks for fastening of retractors to openings in handles. Movable part has additional supports for installation of retractors. Fastener to operation table consists of bridge with two lugs, screw for fastening support to rack of operation table and support. Support is connected with bar, installed in bushing with screw. Bushing is fastened to pole with flats.
EFFECT: device insures reliable fastening to operation table excluding turning in plane of installation; convenient installation of position in directions parallel or perpendicular to operation table; fast regulated wound widening and following regulation of organ displacement by means of rack-and-lantern wheel mechanism; wide selection of retractors positions with their reliable fixation, with possibility to regulate wound opening and organ displacement by means of rack-and lantern wheel mechanism; reduction of time for performing operation and reduction of number of personnel taking part in operation.
