SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used to interfere during open operations. The body is made square, sliding, of two identical halves. The halves are connected by clips. The clips provide an adjustable opening of wounds and the displacement of organs with retractors by virtue of screws. Thrust joints with the parallel planes have at the end radius surfaces for support spacer plates of bolt screws, which are equipped with handles. Retractors are fixed on the adjustable halves of the body through sliding heads with hooks located at the outer part of the body for retractors with the free choice of the depth of the capture edge of the wound or organ, and with hooks located on the sliding heads at the inner part of the body for fixing with the retractors the depth of capture the edges of a wound or organ. The sliding heads are fixed in the body cavities of the outer ends.

EFFECT: device provides an adjustable opening of the wounds and displacement of organs, a wide choice of retractors locations, the possibility of surgical correction and reduce the time of surgical service and reduce the participation of assistants.
