FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical equipment, namely pre-dosed dry powder inhalers. An inhaler contains a dose of dry powdered medicine and a container. The dose of dry powdered medicine is loaded into the container and contains tiotropium particles and particles of at least one dry excipient. The container is provided with dry sealing facilities with high barrier properties, containing aluminium that prevents moisture penetration. The dose of dry powdered medicine in the container is prepared either volumetric, or electric field methods of dose preparation.
EFFECT: application of the invention allows improving stability of powdered tiotropium if used for treating asthma and other respiratory disorders.
