FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the chemical-pharmaceutical industry and is an inhaled particle for treating asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, obtained by spray drying, containing stabilized anhydrous amorphous form of tiotropium bromide with stabilizing agent, which is lactose, where the relative weight content of tiotropium bromide ranges from 4 to 8 % of the weight of tiotropium bromide and stabilizing agent. Stabilized amorphous form of tiotropium bromide with a stabilizing agent contains a matrix in which tiotropium is distributed at a molecular level or contains amorphous tiotropium dispersed on the surface of a stabilizing agent. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing said inhaled particles, to methods for preparing and treating asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain improved inhaled compositions of tiotropium with excellent therapeutic efficacy and stability during storage.
