METHOD OF INERTISATION FOR FIRE PREVENTION Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A62C2/00 A62C39/00

Abstract RU 2372954 C2

FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: method of inertisation for fire or explosion prevention in the first closed protected area by means of oxygen pulldown in protected area to base level of inertisation as compared with environment air. It is provided measuring of oxygen level in protected area, its comparison with threshold value, which for oxygen concentration is below oxygen level at base inertisation level and in case it decreases below threshold value fresh air injection in the protected area.

EFFECT: possibility of elimination of any danger to people or processes in the protected area by method of the present invention is provided.
