FIELD: fire-prevention facilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system (100) of fire extinguishing with inert gas. The system (100) of fire extinguishing with inert gas for risk reduction and extinguishing fire in a protected room (10, 10-1, 10-2) comprises one high pressure gas holder (1a, 1b, 1c, 2a, 2b) and a pipeline (4, 4-1, 4-2) for fire extinguishing. In the gas holder (1a, 1b, 1c, 2a, 2b) the oxygen-pressurant gas is stored under high pressure. The high pressure gas holder is connected to the main pipe line (3) through the quick-opening valve (11a, 11b, 11c; 12a, 12b). The pipeline (4, 4-1, 4-2) for fire extinguishing is connected on one side to the main pipe line (3) through a pressure-reducing equipment (6) and on the other side to the nozzles (5) for fire extinguishing. The pressure-reducing equipment (6) comprises parallel branches (21, 31, 41) each of which has a reduction gear (22, 32, 42). Each parallel branch (21, 31, 41) is made with the ability to be connected to the main pipe line (3) and the pipeline (4, 4-1, 4-2) for fire extinguishing through the adjustable valve (23, 33, 43). Each reduction gear (22, 32, 42) is made with the ability to reduce the high input pressure to the low output pressure according to a known curve reduction characteristic.

EFFECT: method of inertisation for risk reduction and extinguishing fires in protected room (10, 10-1, 10-2) is implemented by means of the system of fire extinguishing (100) with inert gas.
