FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention covers device and method that serve to fill, clean, eliminate and stop closed or quasi-closed chamber and can be used in construction, chemical or food industry, medicine etc. Proposed device comprises chamber with piston driven by motor that communicated with closed chamber via channel. Note here that aforesaid chamber features specific-geometry sections that allow contact with ambient air in case aforesaid piston stays in a certain position inside the chamber to cause abrupt step pressure change. Note that device comprises outlet valve closed in case aforesaid piston increases chamber volume to bring about pressure reduction inside amber above and closed chamber. Proposed method comprises repeating the stages that follow, i.e. pushing the piston in direction of chamber volume reduction. Note here that pressure in both aforesaid chambers does not vary because of outlet valve operation when it is opened. Then, piston is pulled out in opposite direction to increase chamber volume with valve closed that causes pressure reduction inside both chambers. Now the chamber inside pressure is abruptly reduced by allowing contact of the chamber with ambient air when piston reached certain section of the chamber specific geometry.
EFFECT: higher quality of cleaning, higher efficiency and simplified procedure.
