SUBSTANCE: device for sophisticated intervention into closed cavity comprises a pipe with its first end designed to be introduced into the chamber. The said pipe is additionally connected with appliances intended for reducing pressure inside the cavity and with outlet pipe to withdraw sucked-off material. It is also connected with the pipe coupled with the device designed to abruptly reduce pressure and communicating with the hole to receive the pipe end in contact with atmospheric air, when air pressure inside the cavity reaches the magnitude below certain threshold level. Method of sophisticated intervention into closed cavity, except for surgery intervention, comprises reducing pressure at the pipe end connected with the cavity via the pipe other end, and at pressure inside the cavity below threshold value, and connecting the pipe via pipe and hole with atmospheric pressure to abruptly increase pressure inside the cavity.
