SUBSTANCE: automatic coupling absorber element comprises casing with bottom, flexible elements arranged inside aforesaid casing and acted upon by pressure plate locked by central coupling bolt. Aforesaid casing represents cylindrical sleeve accommodating hollow plunger and flexible sleeve made from elastomer that are arranged with a clearance fit. Inner minimum diametre of flexible sleeve is selected subject to required depth by the formula , where d₀ is flexible sleeve ID, D is flexible sleeve OD, H -is the height of flexible sleeve before deformation, h is the height of flexible sleeve after deformation, d is coupling bolt diametre.
