FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of at least one wing with rear deflected section moving horizontally and front section moving along direction of motion. Front part is coupled with the object so that aforesaid deflected part can move in fluid across horizontal plane between two positions located on every side of neutral plane. Device comprises devices that facilitate free oscillation of the wing and drive unit to act on the wing when its oscillation amplitude is smaller preset limiting value.
EFFECT: accelerated motion of floating object.
