FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to power engineering, and namely to firing system of boiler units. Steam generator furnace includes vertical water walls 1 with burners 2 and dry-bottom hopper 4 with slopes 3, along lower part of which there located are air nozzles 6 installed at an angle of 30-40° to opposite slope 3; they are located at the same level in opposite slopes 3 and offset relative to each other in horizontal plane in a staggered order. Air pipes 7 are connected to air nozzles 6. Air nozzles 6 have rectangular diffuser shape with ratio of height of nozzle 6 outlet section to its width equal to 0.2-0.3, and width of air nozzle 6 is 0.25-0.35 of width of dry-bottom hopper 4 opening. Air swirler 8 is installed in each air pipe 7 before air nozzle 6. Invention improves effectiveness of afterburning of pulverised fuel unburnt particles and reduces their drop to ashpit 5. Number of air nozzles 6 is decreased. This allows decreasing slag output and losses with fuel unburnt carbon and improving effectiveness of heat exchange of lower part of steam generator furnace.
EFFECT: decreasing slag output and losses with fuel unburnt carbon, increasing effectiveness of heat exchange of lower part of steam generator furnace.
