Therapy with the drug cellex is carried out in a constant course for 30 days or intermittent courses with the first course of 10-20 days and subsequent courses of 10 days with 10-day breaks. The use of the invention makes it possible to effectively carry out CRF therapy of various etiologies and prevents its progression, contributing to the improvement or stabilization of the functional state of the kidneys by activating the regeneration of damaged renal structures.

EFFECT: method provides prevention of the development of neurological disorders caused by CRF by reducing the accumulation of neurotoxic compounds in the blood, in particular 3-indoxyl sulfate and p-tolyl sulfate.
