FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and biotechnology, namely materials for bone reintegration, and can be used for recovery of bone tissue defects and for stimulation of osteogenesis and prevention of bone resorption. The material for bone neogenesis containing calcium and orthophosphoric acid salts, made of natural bone material by neutralisation of saline presenting a waste of demineralised bone implants after demineralisation of bone tissue of human or animal (pig, cattle, sheep, rabbit) and composed as follows (mg/g): Calcium 413-537 mg; Phosphate 167-380 mg; Magnesium 1.3-3.5 mg; Iron 0.009-0.026 mg; Zinc 0.011-0.82 mg; Cobalt 0.011-0.024 mg; Chrome 0.006-0.02 mg; Silver 0.009-0.02 mg; Chondroitin sulphate 0.08-0.14 mg.
EFFECT: invention allows improving effectiveness of reparative osteogenesis and bone remodelling and reducing cost of method for making material for bone neogenesis.
