FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and biotechnology, namely to materials for restoration of structural integrity of bone tissue, and can be used for repairing bone tissue defects and for stimulation of osteogenesis and prevention of bone resorption. To make a bioimplant, saline solution representing a waste demineralised human bone tissue from demineralised bone implant production is filtered. Then filtered saline is neutralised. Thereafter sediment is separated by centrifugation the neutralised solution received during 15 min at 3000 rpm. The prepared sediment is washed in distilled water and centrifugated once again. The sediment is washed at continuous stirring of suspension. Then it is dried up in a thermostat during 3 h at 140°C. Biomaterial is mechanically grinded and exposed to ultrasound to make a powder consisting of particles of size 10-100 nm making 60-70% of its composition.
EFFECT: higher effectiveness of repair osteogenesis and bone remodelling are provided with reduced cost of production process of the material for bone tissue repair.
