FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and biotechnology and represents a cell graft consisting of living cells recovered from hyaline cartilaginous tissues for treating destructive dystrophic diseases and traumatic injures of the articular cartilage, characterised by the fact that the cell graft consists of chondroblasts and fibroblast-like cell which have been grown of hyaline cartilaginous tissues of the costal cartilage and immobilised on bioresorbable three-dimensional allogenous bone carrier.
EFFECT: invention provides higher clinical effectiveness and reduced traumatism in treating destructive dystrophic diseases and traumatic injures of the articular cartilage.
