FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to development of method for catalyst production under action of ultrasound and may be used in processes of industrial gas emissions and motor transport exhaust gases treatment from nitrogen oxide and carbon monoxide. Method is described for preparation of catalyst for treatment of gas emissions from nitrogen and carbon (II) oxides, including carrier impregnation with modifying solutions of active catalyst components, such as aqueous solutions of copper acetate and nickel nitrate salts, during application of which they are exposed, together with carrier, to ultrasound treatment at frequency of 22-35 kHz for 1-2 min, further drying and calcination.

EFFECT: provision of 99,5-100% decontamination of gas emissions from toxic admixtures in presence of 0,1-2,0% oxygen, starting from temperature of 100°C.
