FIELD: storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention to storage of oil and oil products, particularly to methods of protecting them against evaporation, and can be used in floatable coats of vertical cylindrical tanks for sealing the gap between tank wall and floatable coat. The tank accommodates a buoyant tank fitting inner surface of the former. Buoyant tank is pressurised for pressure to be kept constant in filling and emptying the storage tank. Prior to filling the latter, personnel uses extrusion appliances to fill the gap between storage tank wall and edges of buoyant tank with elastic polymer film. To produce higher strength and thermally stable film, composite polymer materials or separating extruding heads are used.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
