Besides this display device contains transparent base; interferometric modulating equipment containing mentioned matrix of movable mirrors. Besides mentioned interferometric modulating equipment is designed to be capable of modulating of light passing through mentioned transparent base; and aft thin film thickening mentioned matrix of movable mirrors inside casing between mentioned transparent base and mentioned aft thin film, at that there is a clearance between mentioned matrix of movable mirrors and mentioned aft thin film. Method is implemented by mentioned device.
