FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of producing N,N-dialkyl, N'-acyl-(acyldialkoxyphosphoryl)ethaneamidines and can be used in synthesis of biologically active compounds. The proposed method of producing N,N-dialkyl, N'-acyl-(acyldialkoxyphosphoryl)-ethaneamidines of formula , where R1=C3-C4-alkyl or isoalkyl; R2=CH3, C6H5; R3=C3-C3-alkyl; R4=CH3, C6H5; involves reacting C-phosphorylated acetamidines with sodium with subsequent acylation of the obtained sodium derivative with acid halides such as acetyl bromide or chloride and benzoyl chloride, in a dioxane medium at molar ratio sodium: C-phosphorylated acetamidine: acid halide = 1:1:1÷1.1, respectively, and temperature between 20 and 50°C.
EFFECT: design of a new method of producing new N,N-dialkyl, N'-acyl-(acyldialkoxyphosphoryl)ethaneamidines with high output of 80 to 86%.
