FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a novel method of producing novel N-substituted (2-benzenesulphonyl-2-dialkoxyphosphoryl)acetamidines, which can be used in producing biologically active compounds. The disclosed method includes obtaining N-substituted (2-benzenesulphonyl-2-dialkoxyphosphoryl)acetamidines of general formula where R=CH3, C6H5; R1=i-C3H7, C4H9; R2=N(C2H5)2, N(C3H7)2, N(C4H9)2, by reacting C-phosphorylated acetamidines of formula where R=CH3, C6H5 R1=i-C3H7, C4H9; R2=N(C2H5)2, N(C3H7)2, N(C4H9)2, with sodium followed by benzene-sulphonylation of the obtained sodium derivative with benzenesulphonyl chloride in a dioxane medium with molar ratio C-phosphorylated acetamidine:sodium:benzenesulphonyl chloride=1:1:1-1.02, respectively, and temperature of 50-60°C.
