FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method of producing N-substituted (2-trimethylsilyl-2-dialkoxyphosphoryl)acetamidines, involving reaction of C-phosphorylated acetamidines with sodium followed by silylation of the obtained sodium derivative of trimethyl chlorosilane in a dioxane medium in molar ratio C-phosphorylated acetamidine: sodium: trimethyl chlorosilane = 1:1:1-1.1, respectively, and temperature 20-50°C. Novel N-substituted (2-trimethylsilyl-2-dialkoxyphosphoryl)acetamidines of formula: , where R1=i-C3H7, C4H9; R2=N(C2H5)2, N(C3H7)2, N(C4H9)2, , are obtained with output of over 80%.
