FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to rock-destroying tool used in driving through geological survey wells, and may be used in all combined methods of rocks destroying. Thermomechanical rock-destroying tool comprises body, friction elements, which heat and soften surface layer of rock by friction, and cutters. At the same time body is made of two parts, materials of which have various elasticity modules. Besides friction elements are connected to part of body made of material with higher elasticity module, and cutters - with part of body having lower module of elasticity, moreover, cutters protrude above plane of friction elements by value defined from the following ratio: Δh=Nh/SE. Part of crown body with lower elasticity module may be made of metal rubber or from nanocomposite microporous metal alloy.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of wells drilling due to optimisation of cutters operation mode.
