FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: butt gasket of running shaft in cavity of high pressure consists of not less than one ring with cut or two disks of L- or T-shaped form of cross section, flange of which is directed to the side of cavity of high pressure, and distributing chutes and helical grooves are communicated to cavity of high pressure through slotted throttle channels formed by surfaces allowing reciprocal movements relative to bearing and butt surfaces of disks and split collars.
EFFECT: invention provides controlled supply of actuating medium to bearing radial surfaces and its contactless sliding behaviour in butt and radial butt gaskets of running shafts and rotors.
