SUBSTANCE: method for improvement of digital image quality on the basis of metadata includes performance of the following operations: on the basis of EXIF-marks probability of JPEG-artifacts availability is detected; correction of JPEG-artifacts is carried out; on the basis of EXIF-marks probability of high noise level availability is detected; noise level is assessed; noise level is reduced; on the basis of EXIF-marks probability of blurred motion effect is detected; level of blurred motion effect is assessed; blurred motion effect is corrected; image exposure is assessed on the basis of image outline EXIF-marks analysis; exposure correction is carried out; red eye effect availability probability is detected on the basis of EXIF-marks; red eye effect correction is carried out.
EFFECT: reduced average time of digital image processing and computer resources.
