FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: complementary cascode differential amplifier (CCDA) includes first (1) and second (2) access transistors (T), emitters of which are connected to emitters of first (3) and second (4) output T, third output T (5) the emitter of which is connected to collector and base of second output T (4) and base of first (3) output T, base is connected to first (6) current stabilising two-terminal circuit and is connected to collector of first (3) output T, and collector is connected to second (7) current stabilising two-terminal circuit and input (8) of output cascade (9). Output cascade (9) is made in the form of emitter-follower amplifier on first auxiliary T (10) the emitter of which is connected to output (11) of CCDA and collector of auxiliary T (12) the base of which is connected to collector of first (3) output T, and emitter is connected to static mode (13) circuit of auxiliary transistor (12).
EFFECT: increasing static accuracy and amplification coefficient.
