FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: cascode differential amplifier (CDA) comprises the following components connected in parallel along input - differential cascade (DC) (1) at n-p-n transistors (T) and the second DC (6) on p-n-p T, output p-n-p T (9) and T (10), bases of which are connected to positive shift voltage source (SVS) (11), and also output n-p-n T (12) and T (13), bases of which are connected, besides emitter T (9) is connected to the first current output (14) of DC (1) and via current-stabilising dipole (CD) (15) is connected to bus (8) of positive supply source (SS), emitter T (10) is connected to the second current output (16) of DC (1) and via the second CD (17) is connected to bus (8) of SS, emitter T (12) is connected to current output (18) of the second DC (6) and via the third CD (19) is connected to bus (5) of negative SS, emitter T (13) is connected to current output (20) of DC (6) and via the fourth CD (21) is connected to bus (5) of SS, collectors T (10) and T (13) are connected to output (22) of CDA, and collectors T (9) and T (12) are connected to each other. Collector T (9) is connected to input (23) of additional current mirror (CM), collector T (12) is connected to input of CM (24), the output of the first CM (23) is connected to emitter T (10), output of the second CM (24) is connected to emitter T (13), and combined bases T (12) and T (13) are connected to additional negative SVS (25).

EFFECT: reduced zero shift voltage.
