FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: cascode differential amplifier comprises input (1) parallel-balance cascade, the first (2) and second (3) current outputs of which are connected to according first (4) and second (5) output transistors (T) and via the first (6) and second (7) current-stabilising dipoles (CD) are connected to the first (8) bus of supply source (SS), output emitter repeater (9), input T (10) of which has the same type of conductivity as the first T (4) and the second T (5), auxiliary T (11), base of which is connected to collector of the first T (4) and via the third CD (12) is connected to the second (13) SS bus, and emitter is connected to combined bases of the first T (4) and the second T (5), besides, collector of the second T (5) is connected to base of input T (10) of output emitter repeater (9) and via the fourth CD (14) is connected to the second (13) SS bus. The third CD (12) and fourth CD (14) are arranged on the basis of the first (15) and second (16) additional T, bases of which are connected to circuit of static mode establishment (17), emitters are connected to the second (13) SS bus via the first (18) and second (19) additional resistors, and collector T (11) is connected to emitter of the first T (15).

EFFECT: reduced zero shift voltage.
