FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: differential operating amplifier includes input differential cascade (DC) (1) with the first (2) and the second (3) current outputs; current mirror (4), buffer amplifier (5) the input transistor (6) of which is connected to its input, and the first (7) current-stabilising bipole. To the scheme there introduced is the first (8) additional transistor the emitter of which is connected to the first (7) current-stabilising bipole, base is connected to emitter of input transistor (6) of buffer amplifier (5), to the device output, and the second (9) additional current-stabilising bipole, collector is connected to output of current mirror (4), the second output (2) of input DC (1) is connected to output of current mirror (4) and to the base of input transistor (6) of buffer amplifier (5); at that, the second (3) current output of input DC (1) is connected to the output of additional potential matching circuit (10).
EFFECT: decreasing absolute Uoffset value and its temperature and radiation drift.
