FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used as a device for amplification of analogue signals with wide dynamic range, in structure of analogue microcircuits of various functional purpose (for example in operating amplifiers (OA), continuous voltage stabilisers, etc.). Complementary cascode differential amplifier (CCDA) contains first (1) and second (2) access transistors (T) of one conductivity type, which emitters (sources) are connected to emitters (sources) of first (3) and second (4) access transistors of other conductivity type, at that bases (gates) of first (3) and second (4) transistors are joined, first (5) and second (6) current-stabilising two-terminal networks of load connected to collectors (drains) of corresponding first (3) and second (4) transistors, access transistor (7) of voltage output emitter (source) follower (EF) which base is connected to collector (drain) of second (4) transistor and emitter (source) - connected to current reference source (CRS) (8) and output (9) of complementary cascode differential amplifier. Emitter (source) of transistor (7) of output emitter follower is connected to current reference source (8) by means of bias circuit, joined bases (gates) of first (3) and second (4) transistors are connected to collector (drain) of first (11) additional transistor which emitter (source) is connected to emitter (source) of second (12) additional transistor, at that base (gate) of second (12) additional transistor is connected to collector (drain) of first (3) transistor, and base of first (11) additional transistor is connected to bias circuit.

EFFECT: enhancement of static accuracy and amplification factor.
