FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to agriculture and may be used in production of mixed fodders and fodder concentrates in feeding of agricultural poultry. Premix includes microelements, other biologically active substances and filler. Filler used is dried Japan sea tangle with particle size of 0.4-1.2 mm or mixture of dried Japan sea tangle with carbohydrate-protein vegetable component - bran, or ground grain, or oilcake, or oilseed meal, with further ratio of components, wt %: Japan sea tangle - 50-55, carbohydrate-protein vegetable component - 45-50. Method for feeding of laying hens and broiler chickens provides for introduction of premix into mixed fodder as 1% of mixed fodder mass. Feeding of premix to laying hens is done in cycles of 14-30 days with interruption of 7-14 days or continuously, to broiler chickens - continuously.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce egg or poultry meat with specified high content of iodine in them with simultaneous increase of productivity and safety of birds, and also reduction of fodder conversion.
