METHOD FOR COMBINED TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH TYPE I CHORIOIDAL NEOVASCULARIZATION ON THE BACKGROUND OF CHRONIC CENTRAL SEROUS CHORIORETINOPATHY Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61F9/08 A61K39/395 A61P27/02

Abstract RU 2762769 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE” invention relates to medicine, namely ophthalmology. A map of the chorioicapillary layer with the measured area of type I choroidal neovascularization (CNV) is preliminarily obtained, which is superimposed on the map of the superficial vascular plexus and the contour of CNV is outlined by the location of the vessels of the superficial vascular plexus. Then, in the micro-pulse mode, the parameters of the sub-threshold micro-pulse laser exposure (STMPLE) are tested: the spot diameter is 100 microns, the borehole is 4.7%, the pulse exposure is 50 microseconds, the pulse packet duration is 200 ms. The selected power parameters are reduced by 50%. Next, STMPLE is initially carried out along the border of CNV and the detachment of the SNR: the applicates are applied one after another along the border of CNV with the position of each application on of its area on the zone of CNV and of the area on the zone of detachment of the sensorineural retina (SNR). In this case, the applications are applied, starting from the upper part of type I HCV, from left to right to the opposite border of the HCV. Then the impact is carried out in the opposite direction to the right border of HCV with the overlap of each subsequent application on of the area. After that, STMPLE is carried out over the entire area of the type I CNV, while each application is applied with overlap on of the area of the previous application. Next, STMPLE is carried out in the projection area of the detachment of the SNR over the entire area with the setting of the applicates “joint to joint”. An angiogenesis inhibitor is administered intravitreally on the next day after STMPLE.

EFFECT: method provides for more pronounced fibrosis of type I CNV, reducing the risk of recurrence or progression of choroidal neovascularization.
